Life Management Skills – Beyond


Life Management Skills prepares students to focus on wellness as they transition into adulthood. Wellness is a multidimensional goal that incorporates many parts including their social life, professional life, and emotional life. A focus on wellness is a conscious, deliberate commitment to achieving one’s personal best.

In this course students learn about managing their own wellness through personal choices, relationships, decision making, and healthy diet and exercise.
