Throughout the course, students will explore classic and contemporary American authors, analyze literary elements, evaluate arguments in informational texts, and craft original compositions in narrative, analytical, and argumentative styles. Emphasis is placed on developing advanced reading comprehension, vocabulary acquisition, research techniques, and grammar usage.
By the end of the course, students will demonstrate mastery through literary analysis essays, reflective journals, creative writing, multimedia presentations, and a research project.
